Chewy, thin oatmeal cookies drizzled/sandwiched with gingery chocolate…to die for. I made these with some dear friends, and when they tried them the first thing they said was how perfect the cookies would be with tea or coffee. That was when they looked at the recipe book and noticed that all the recipes are made perfectly for that occasion!!
I’ve been busy this past week with school so it took me a little longer to get this baked and make a post but here it is!
These cookies are honestly much better than I thought they’d be. I was expecting a crunchier cookie but they still had that chewy aspect which to me is very important to me in a cookie.
These were so easy to make and didn’t take many ingredients. Win! The only challenge I have with them is trying to keep my hands out of the cookie jar!
